Ode to consumerism
Shopping centers are overwhelming the city. In October alone, two new ones opened: Metropole Zličín and the second phase of Obchodní centrum Letňany. Metropole threw a grandiose launch party - with pop band Šum svistu, fashion and bartender shows - and Letňany's opening night was highlighted by a swing band performance.
